Using the service

You may use Magnolia Monitor to monitor websites you own or have permission to monitor. You may not use the service to monitor websites you don't have authorization for, to generate excessive load on third-party servers, or for any unlawful purpose.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately.

Payment & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something goes wrong on our end we'll make it right.

Uptime & reliability

We aim for high availability but don't offer a formal SLA. If the service is down for an extended period, we'll credit your account. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Limitation of liability

Magnolia Monitor is a monitoring and reporting tool. We're not liable for issues on your website, missed alerts due to service outages, or any consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We'll email you at least 14 days before making material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
